Rosie McDonald is a vibrant film, television, and stage actor based in both Los Angeles and New York.
She is the daughter of actor Chris McDonald (Happy Gilmore, Thelma & Louise, etc) and was born and raised in a small mountain town in Southern California.
She started her career in New York in Musical Theatre, training at Circle in the Square Theatre School. She went on to study Shakespeare at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art in London and on-camera acting with Heidi Marshall. Rosie has made TV appearances on Hacks (HBO Max), NBC's Law & Order, and has played leading and supporting roles in feature films (Happy Gilmore 2, I’ve Seen All I Need To See, A/Way) in addition to writing and directing her own films (Baby Bumps). Rosie is also a singer-songwriter and writes and performs her music.
